Making customers aware of how it will be beneficial for customer to have digital account on their numbers were they can do recharge on their numbers and on family friends numbers or using bank services also.• Ensuring that promoters are aligned and selling Airtel DTH. • 4G Handset customers are acquired by promoters while selling new sim cards to customers because once 4G customer get acquired on Airtel network then least chances are customer will shift to competition.
