Outsoueced by VHR for ALEC in Expo 2020 KSA Pavilion as ELV Systems Specialist.

• • Performing complex engineering tasks and particularly important electrical & ELV engineering design work efficiently and accurately.• Leading the delivery of the Electrical systems by coordinating with all the stakeholders involved in the project.• Preparing the material and shop drawing logs .Reviewing & preparing shop drawing as per the IFC & specification.• Reviewing the SCA of the subcontractors.• Scheduling the work as per the planned deliverables.• Coordinating with the QA/QC Engineer for inspection and getting approvals for the finished deliverables.• Following up with the procurement team for the delivery of the materials.• Establishing and maintaining effective communication with the contractor and internal support function managers (technical, commercial, procurement, communications, HR, etc.).• Supporting the technical team for all Electrical systems during the installation.• Providing regular reports on progress to the Project Manager; and requesting for needs for additional or specialty staffing is required.• Tracking the team to complete and raise the inspection of each system.• Acts in an advisory capacity to senior management personnel on engineering related matters.• Verifying and approving of the project design structure for Electrical & ELV system provided by supplier before submitting to the consultant. • Verifying and approving the project documentation prepared by the Team.• Involving in Final testing and commissioning before project handing over.

• Providing technical solution to the client requirement for CCTV, Access Control, Alarm System, PA system, Structured Cabling, Video Door Phone system Gate Barrier as per the site condition and design.• Technical Presentation before the project implementation.• Supporting and planning for the new business with sales department.• Preparing the project plans using MS project.• Budget preparation for the project.• Allocating the resource for the concern project.• Risk assessment and providing solution as per that.• Managing the technical team in different projects.• Approving the Bill of Material (BOM) from the sales department.• Verifying and approving of the project design structure provided by the project engineer. • Project plan scheduling and verification.• On-going Project tracking and updating the consultant/client.• RFP verification and supporting the sales team for preparing BOQ.• Designing and preparing BOQ as per Law No. (24) of 2008 Concerning Security Service Providers and Users.• Handling all DPS related activities and managing the DPS portal.• Scheduling al the annual maintenance activities.• Verifying and approving the project documentation prepared by the Project Engineer.• Regular meeting with the project team to verify the status and whether project is moving in proper schedule.• Representing the company products and training to the resellers.• Participating and representing the company for security exhibitions in GCC.

• Managing the security system department for different projects.• Planning and providing the exact solution for the client related to security system (CCTV, Access Control, Alarm System, PA system). & Data Centre Monitoring system.• Coordinating with the draftsman for designing the exact requirement and solution for the site.• Preparing BOM (Bill of Material) and forwarding to sales department.• Cost verification of BOM pricing provided by the sales team before sending to the client.• Approving the Bill of material purchased by the purchasing team.• Managing and scheduling the scope of work to the supervisory team.• Coordinating with the sub-contracting team to finishing the requirements in the scheduled time.• Regular visiting and updating of ongoing projects.• Updating the manager about the status of the ongoing projects• Leading the supervisor of different installation team.• Coordinating and managing the specialized engineer for proper completion of the project.• Testing and approving of new product received in accordance to the company requirement.• Technical support to the supervisory team.• Attending the product expo and conference to update the latest product and the technology in the field.• Weekly conference call with the international supplier regarding the product and prices.
