Distribute job and responsibilities to Planning Engineers/Planners/schedulers. Monitor multiple Projects and discuss any changes required. Attending regular progress review meetings with Project Managers, attending client review meetings. Monitor preparation of scope package and distribution for site visit and pre TA activities. Monitor Pre TA activities, ID preparation, qualification, mobilization, material& tools purchasing. Maintaining the documentation according to approved procedures, preparing method statement. Review progress reports against the schedule. Discuss issues impacting turnaround activities with higher management. Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. To manage all the Process of Engineering activities and deliverables for a specific project and Ensure timely completion to the required quality standards. Preparing invoice after completion of job and discuss with client for final submission. Maintain strong relationship with entire team during times of stress. Managing, mentoring, and coaching the Planning delivery teams. Maintaining the planning databases and validate the information across planning systems.
