 Looking after the General Tenders, Local Enquiries & Projects etc. Disposables, (in consultation with the respective Dept. Heads). Preparing Bid Bonds & Performance Bonds. Coordinated the logistics and documentation for local and international transactions. Handling Local Purchase Orders, Placing orders with Principal Companies, generating, computerized reports related to LPO’s & orders. Preparing Invoices and Delivery Notes. Organizing and maintaining files and correspondence. Arrange the availability of the items for the customer. Follow up the pending order of customer. Look after the whole stock and keep update the inventory.
