My mission is to help leaders build purposeful, inclusive and sustainable organisations. I am driven to help leaders discover themselves and their abilities to inspire and create positive cycles of inspiration, well-being and high performance for the people and communities around them. I have always been curious and motivated by what makes individuals and organisations perform beyond what they thought was possible. After 22 years in professional services in various roles helping to transform organisations in the private and public sectors, I believe that while structural, technological and organisational solutions help build effective organisations, I am especially excited by the disproportionate impact of conscious leadership and organisational health as sources of resilience and sustainable competitive advantage. I am a results-driven business leader with a track record of leading business unit and start-up operations within the professional services industry. I have deep experience and technical capabilities in organizational development, transformation and performance improvement, including facilitation of change and collaboration between public and private sectors at the national level. I am currently (2023-2024) in the process of obtaining certification as executive coach in pursuit of my mission to help leaders achieve their purpose.
