• Managed our largest clients, orchestrating deliverables among several departments and handling client relations while delivering projects on time and with great quality• Implemented changes to project delivery lifecycle, reducing a 100-business day process down to 20; authored internal best practices for project management and presented them monthly to colleagues• Developed and administered a self-assessment tool across the entire development branch, producing transparent graphs of key performance indicators; presented results to the VP team, bringing visibility to every team’s strengths and weaknesses

• Introduced new managerial processes, streamlining workflow and increasing team output• Set new procedures for release process which are still in use by the release management team

• Led QA effort on the largest software initiative in the company’s history, developing and executing on comprehensive test plans; final product went live with no major issues• Developed new security platform as a side project; presented to VP, Technology resulting in the software being incorporated into QA process with immediate improvement to office security
