Leading a team of experts, the work involved 'horizon scanning' for best innovative practice nationally, stakeholder engagement and a process of co-production and service redesign all delivered on time with excellent feedback.

Created and led Lambeth Made an innovative multi-partnership programme and campaign to improve outcomes for children and young people in Lambeth. Now undertaking specific projects for Lambeth Made.Developed 23 programmes including work experience, social enterprise, work on ACEs, Lambeth Made Charter Mark for business, mentoring, youth arts festivals, mental health support and UNLOCK (a learning programme for at risk NEETs), plus various communication campaigns.Currently leading on Lambeth Made projects: UNLOCK 2, Business Charter Mark Awards and YOUTH PROMISE (a new careers service for young people)

Service Manager for multi-agency specialist team focused on the needs of vulnerable young people.Managed a team of 14 specialist Young Peoples Practitioners and Youth Workers, creating partnerships with local schools, charities, housing and the police.Based at a specialist one stop shop for young people.Provide training, supervision and support for my team to work with young offenders, children with behaviour and support needs, teenage parents.Also managed Duke of Edinbugh scheme for vulnerable people and have won awards and funding from work with the Private Sector (including John Lewis)

Freelance trainer, facilitator, consultant, management and clinical supervisor. I supported organisations transform, grow, learn and exceed their potential using the most creative ways of motivating and engaging teams and individuals.During this role I provided a wide range of organisational support services, team away days and service reviews. Also provided a training and expertise in developing culturally sensitive services particular for services focusing on homelessness, substance misuse, health, youth and prisons.

We make affordable films that focus on the public, social enterprise and voluntary sector, bringing together my service sector knowledge with cutting edge media skills. International volunteering charity for young adults .I led and grew the organisation from a kitchen table project, with no funds, organising a handful of voluntary exchanges to a large team with offices and over 140 placements a year in over 40 countries, raising funds developing systems and developing a professionally run modern charity.

Set and lead the new Connexions Service for Westminster Council as part of Central London Connexions Programme (CLC) Managing a team of 30 Personal Advisers located in multi-agency team across the borough, we helped young people at risk of becoming socially excluded reach their full potential.CLC become the most successful service of its kind in England, reducing youth unemployment from 15% to 3% and helping young people overcome a huge range of challenges such as mental health, youth offending, substance misuse, poverty, teen pregnancy and low self esteem.We achieved the country's only 'Excellent' status by Ofsted.I was credited for leading and developing a dynamic, committed team professionals that improved outcomes thousands of children through partnerships with schools, public bodies, youth clubs and voluntary sector agencies.

Managed a dynamic team of specialist Young Peoples Substance Misuse Workers In Central London.Delivering drug education to schools in Camden and Westminster and face to face structured interventions to young people with substance misuse issues.Developed the UK's first specialist family support service for Ethnic Minority groups achieving national recognition, media attention and parliamentary attention. From here went on to provide specialist training on working with diversity and building a culturally sensitive drug services.Further developed a wide range of new initiatives and projects to target BME groups to drug services.Developed a Low Threshold Treatment programme for homeless clients using both creative and therapeutic activities to build confidence and resilience.

As a qualified youth worker, I worked with 'hard to reach' young people who were street homeless in Soho, London. The client groups had complex issues and were extremely vulnerable. Including Crack and Heroin users, sex workers, young runaways, victims of abuse, young people suffering from trauma and psychological damage. I deployed a wide range of professional face to face and group work skills to engage and move them forward. Achieving huge amounts of success through my proactive, sensitive approach.Also delivered group education to schools, youth clubs, charities and informally in a street context.

Costa Rica

As part of an international professional exchange programme I worked as HIV Outreach worker for health NGO El Sida.My role involved outreaching to 'Barrios' (slum districts), schools and isolated areas where tribal communities lived to develop and deliver dynamic interactive workshops to 'hard to reach' and poor communities most at risk of HIV.Working in Spanish and English in a culturally sensitive way using drama therapy and group work.
