§ Functioning as the branch sales head with responsibility of profit & loss, and target achievement. Managing / overseeing the activities of sales administration through a committed team. Working on improving customer satisfaction continuous training and motivation of the team.§ Responsible for looking after branch entailing the business of branch i.e New Clients Acquisition, Resource Productivity, Cross Selling, and Value generation in new accounts etc.§ Build, manage and strengthen existing relationships with High Value and clients in Govt. Segment through regular interaction/ follow-ups.§ Identify/ develop business opportunities in branch catchments area.§ Liaise and provide support to Branch’s operation staff for various existing businesses as well as for acquiring new clients.§ Co-ordinate for implementation of Business Strategies.
