I co-designed and implemented a Governance System in 80 assets (JV's and subsidiaries across Shell Europe ). I organised and delivered training of Shareholder Representatives, Directors and Finance Focal Points. I run cyclical business reviews that were recognised as best practice and was involved in special reviews of a Refinery in Turkey.
