Responsibilities :Background Screening Services project from Kelly Global Shared Services Centre – USA:Run/initiate necessary background verification screens based on customer request which comes in after USA office hours (Average 40-50 candidates per day).Vendors: First Advantage, Sterling Backcheck and the Orsus Group.TADS Analyst project from Kelly Global TADS:Perform research and analysis of clients career sites as well as their social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Glassdoor)Perform reference checks on behalf of our RPO clients by calling referees from across the globe.NASDAQ Vendor Management SpecialistFacilitate the onboarding process for NASDAQ USA’s external contractor onboardingResponsibilities include liaising with suppliers by sending onboarding forms to be signed and uploaded into the share point in a timely mannerLiaising with hiring managers on updates of the onboarding process and submission of billing details.Supporting sourcing specialist in sourcing candidates from Jobstreet and performing 1st level screening.

Assisting the Human Resource Executive in the recruitment process such as sourcing candidates from job portals, arranging the interview time with hiring managers, calling candidates to arrange interviews, collecting documents from interview candidates before the interview and provide offer letters to selected candidates.Assisting the Human Resource Executive in creating job descriptions of every employee for performance management.Assisting the Admin Executive in Administration duties such as picking up 3 company cars from Proton, participate in arranging the staff workspaces and picking up office supplies from company HQ.
