Current• Maintain, track and analyze all import shipments and take care of those for smooth han-dling of the shipment. .• Receiving pre-alerts from overseas agents and resolve any overseas/agent documentation issues• All related tasks to submit IGM (Import General Manifest) and identify DG commodities and declare DG properly.• Taking necessary permission from port for smooth discharging of container such as Direct Delivery Permission for highly explosive cargo.• Customs amendment if… Show more • Maintain, track and analyze all import shipments and take care of those for smooth han-dling of the shipment. .• Receiving pre-alerts from overseas agents and resolve any overseas/agent documentation issues• All related tasks to submit IGM (Import General Manifest) and identify DG commodities and declare DG properly.• Taking necessary permission from port for smooth discharging of container such as Direct Delivery Permission for highly explosive cargo.• Customs amendment if there is need to change any kind of information of Bill of Lading• Tasks related to Port enlistment and CTMS update.• Assist colleagues and those in other departments to successfully perform job tasks and functions when necessary.• Track and Trace freight.• Mail communication with Consignees to acknowledge them about their upcoming and un-delivered shipments.• Provide sub-agents and related partners with import documentation.• Provide import lifting report for different Principal Agent.
