Implementation of Hazard identification, OCP, JSA, Risk assessment, KPI, Overall Fire & safety management, Safety assessment activities. Check all machines & equipment’s checklist. Continuous review and monitoring of any incident, near-miss. Take corrective & preventive measures to control these within the targets. Avoid on job accidents. Improve the safety awareness of the job site. Regular inspection of fire detection & protection equipment's as per required by BNBC, NFPA, Alliance & Accord Standard. Monitoring Fire Fighting & Rescue team and to conduct external & internal fire-related training. Train up firefighting team members on fire safety, protection, fighting and first-aid on a demonstration basis to make the mission success. Ensure that all firefighters and security personnel are in the right order and perform their duties as per requirement. Conduct regular fire drill and emergency evacuation drill to aware employees any emergency incident. Implementation & control of fire safety as per the direction of the management and ensure the total Fire safety of the factories. Ensure all compliance Standard as well as to face Fire safety audit when required. Carry out and ensure effective execution of administrative works. Ensure security aspects of the company and train securities for the safeguard of the organization. Prepare checklist to ensure proper housekeeping and building security. Ensure proper safety documentation information of the factory. Always communication with management and HOD for any happens. Ensure proper functioning of all security appliances like Baggage scanner, Arch ways. Metal detectors. Turnstile gate etc. Conduct training of security guards on security appliances. To monitor and ensure the health and hygiene of the entire employee at the Plant site. Be ready to accomplish any task assigned from higher management.
