-Delivered fitness and English lessons to children (and parents) aged 3 months to 13 years, fostering their physical development, language skills, and discipline.-Employed a flexible and adaptable teaching style to cater to individual needs of each child, including children with special needs, which prompted positive feedback and contentment from parents.-Maintaining a high success rate in converting trial class attendees into gym memberships, exceeding peer performance.-Worked 3-4 days a week with shifts up to 8 hours, demonstrating strong work ethic with an international community and providing an easy and encouraging work environment for peers.-Trained new employees, ensuring their successful transition from trainee to contracted instructor within 2-3 months on average.

-Led a team of 65+ members across 8 departments, organizing 2 official TEDx events and various mini-events. Overlooked all aspects of TEDxTIU management, securing funding, equipment, speakers, and talent. -Secured participation from renowned external speakers and performers, expanding TEDxTIU's reach beyond the university. Applicants grew exponentially each semester.-Collaborated effectively with university officials such as TIU's Career Centre and external organizations to co-host events, fostering partnerships and expanding TEDxTIU's influence.-Addressed roadblocks to gain university administration approvals (not previously granted to similar organizations) through strategic negotiation. This led to outcomes such as an increased budget allocation and prompted university administrators to reconsider unapproved guest speakers and performers for TEDx events.

-Coached 5 guest speakers, scheduled training sessions, and enhanced delivery for TEDx talks, ensuring alignment with TEDxTIU event themes.-Prompted collaboration between other committees (Marketing team, Tech team, etc.) to optimize speaker presentations & event promotion.-Promoted to Club President in the following semester owing to significant contribution to TEDxTIU speakers' success.
