Worked as a part of a team OMG (Operations Management Group) .Duties Ensuring compliance, and adherence and support to Project Management Communities.  Preparing and Publishing various reports to Management such as profit and loss sheet, Project Profitability reports, Resource utilization reports, Billing reports, etc in MS Excel which will give over view on historical trends & forecasts, utilization, Time sheets, CAPEX/OPEX status, new initiatives etc.  Establish, operate and enforce overall project management standards across the Project Management community. Generating reports to provide the management with a consolidated view of revenue generation. Coordinating with various support functions – HR, Finance, Admin, Resource Management teams, purchase teams for smooth functioning of various operations. Data analysis, report preparation and presenting the findings to top management with actionable recommendations and insight generation. Assisting and guiding delivery managers for optimal functioning operational work related to their projects.
