1. With over a decade of experience in Risk Management, I've managed and led the Risk & Compliance 2nd line of defense enablement team. My role involves leveraging innovative methods and tools to streamline processes and develop new business procedures.In terms of leadership, I've had the privilege of leading a team of risk management professionals across multiple centers in India and managing global stakeholders. On the entrepreneurial front, I'm the co-founder and managing trustee of a social enterprise aimed at creating employment opportunities for women through the commercialization of pickles produced by rural women. I'm also the co-founder of Farmus, an enterprise dedicated to promoting chemical-free & organic produce and connecting farmers and consumers.My efforts have been recognized through awards such as the regional winner & global finalist in EY's flagship recognition program "Better begins with you" in the strengthening our communities category, and the Amity alumni achiever Award.In terms of academics, I have an Integrated Masters of Business Administration (IMBA) with a focus on Finance and International Business, supplemented by a Diploma in Quality Management Systems. Additionally, I have obtained certifications from NSE in Financial Markets and Equity Derivatives, and completed certificate courses in Corporate Communications, and Psychology and Allied Sciences at Amity.During my time at the university, I took the initiative to establish the Amity Entrepreneurship cell "AMQBATE". My efforts were recognized when I was jointly awarded "India's Promising Young Professional award best intern (Finance) 2011" by Letsintern.com. Furthermore, I served as the campus ambassador for "letsintern" from July 2011 to July 2012.
