The Satori Studio is a woman-led creative marketing and design company based in Bangalore, India. As the sole founder, I managed new client acquisition, financial management, and led a team of up to 20 designers and strategists. We were a small but effective team that believed the 'why' of founders and companies was crucial to helping them scale and grow.In 3.5 years since its inception, TSS worked on 80+ brands across tech, fashion, retail, e-commerce, F&B, lifestyle, and education, primarily in the startup/D2C ecosystem. Our approach was research, consumer behavior, and design-led because we believed that to convince a person to look at your business, you had to make a meaningful point that was also well presented.My role also included overseeing the company’s vision, team growth and culture, strategic direction, and key client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction. Prior to starting my own design studio I worked as an independent branding and marketing consultant for startups based in Bangalore. My role included - 1. Working with founders to build effective strategy for building their brand positioning, identity design through market research and competition analysis2. Working with agencies and freelancers to create effective marketing campaigns across social and digital media 3. I headed video production and live streaming for TEDxGateway and its partner events for several years. My work involved managing camera positions and lighting to meet TED International's global video guidelines. The May 2015 event was featured in the September 2015 issue of Broadcast India Magazine.

At Café Coffee Day, I managed digital and social media marketing planning, operations, and execution.My work included:- Planning and curating a content strategy that showcased the product range and built on the lifestyle angle of the café chain.- Building a unique visual tone for the brand and ensuring seamless integration of all digital assets.- Allocating and planning media spends across various channels (Google, social media, influencer campaigns, media buys) and ensuring their effectiveness for larger campaign objectives.- Managing ORM functions to streamline and expedite online customer service.I also represented the company in various roundtable summits for marketing leaders.

As the social media manager at Brave New World, I oversaw the content and digital strategy for Reliance Trends, Myntra, Roadster and Fresh Menu. I managed daily content, on-ground campaign integration, and influencer engagement. My campaigns also won a Gold FoxGlove and Bronze Abby for the Droolworthy Denims campaign and received multiple awards and nominations for the Trends' Festival GIFs campaign.

As a brand manager at Nykaa Beauty, I led launch campaigns and developed strategies for the face cosmetics category. I collaborated with the marketing team on digital ad and social strategies, using data analytics for targeted marketing and sales campaigns. I also managed inventory, offer campaigns, on-site/app listings and website design. I was also directly responsible for the launch of Nykaa Beauty on Instagram, achieving over 100k followers in under five months.

As the Design Manager, I handled branding and communication for over 7 brands, including the Raymond Group, Creambell, and Nykaa. I also managed the launch of Goodness Farm and Azva's fine jewellery branding.I also helped conceptualize and art direct over 12 campaigns for Raymond which were photographed by Rid Burman, Tarun Khiwal, Tarun Vishwa, Anushka Menon, etc., and styled by Harper Bazaar’s director, Edward Lalrempuia and stylist, Thotrechian Sasa.
