After working in the culinary industry, I quickly realised that the greatest passion of my life lies in cooking and not sciences. As a professional cook, I take pride in serving the best quality and variety of food to my customers. I opt for excellence in each and every dish that I prepare rather than just serving it to the customers for the sake of completion of orders. I am always striving to bring 100% to my work that I do, and my goal as a cook is to ensure that the customers achieve full satisfaction for what they are paying for.Currently, I am a student at the International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Vancouver and I am working at Earls as an expeditor. I have previously worked in one of the busiest kitchen in town and I moved up from the very basic position therein my short span there.
