The IT department consist of professionals specialising in application and technical development, voice and data network services, store and Head office IT support, hardware deployment & database maintenance.We are the technicians who receive demands from IM and create the solution required as specified by the business.The team understands the business requirements and has the technical knowledge to provide a technical solution to a business problem, always using standardised documentation and processes.The team ensures that the service provided matches the needs of the business within the resources available and also that IT security and IT audit measures are followed without deviation.With support from Central IT department MGI, we ensure that the systems are available within agreed service level agreements (SLA’s) which have been defined with the IM team, this is achieved with monitoring and pro-active management.
