• Monitoring the work hours, Man power hours, and vehicles utilization.• To monitor and ensure 100% utilization of equipment, Machinery and plants carried out as per original equipment manufacturers recommendations.• Ensure performance criteria and evaluation system for each field of site team.• Continues monitor and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules & procedure.• Provide Technical support/ Training to Mechanical Manpower to rectify the complaints / Utilization.• Maintain equipment Utilization at by monitoring the work hours, Manpower hours, and vehicles utilization.• Giving continuous technical support & training to project site's team to improve the repair quality and to reduce breakdown time.• Attending to breakdowns within the Turnaround time.• Allocating the suitable works to the subordinates• Finalization of Work order as per company procedures.• Monitoring the Vehicle tracking software• Minimizing the cost of maintenance of Plant & Machinery• MIS Reports
