Redesigned packaging for Rolaids® brand re-launch. Estimated $2MM financial upside as a result of the project for year 2010.Worked closely with Operations Business Leaders and Marketing Team to gain insight into customer unmet needs, and then translate these into tangible packaging requirements.Led and implemented switch to recycled board for entire Rolaids brand packaging. First brand to switch to recycled board.
