As a seasoned technology and product leader with over a 8+years of experience, I thrive at the intersection of business, product, and engineering. Currently, I’m the Principal Product Manager at Shikho, a leading edtech startup in Bangladesh, where I drive product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver impactful learning experiences. I collaborate closely with C-suite, engineering, design, digital marketing and data teams to ensure our roadmap aligns with both business goals and customer needs.Previously, I served as the Cofounder and Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) at Shuttle, a transportation startup revolutionizing urban mobility in Bangladesh. Over 5+ years, we provided over one million rides to more than 200,000 individuals, leveraging technology to make commuting more affordable and accessible. I led the development of four apps and twelve internal systems while managing a high-performing cross-functional team.Before Shuttle, I cofounded and led the technology team at Weaver Innovation, where I worked on diverse projects ranging from digital alert systems for Bangladesh Railways to interactive digital games for major clients like GP Telenor Health and Holcim.I’m passionate about solving real-world problems through technology and enjoy being hands-on, whether it’s building scalable systems or shaping business strategies.
