 Responsible for providing leadership, advice and counsel to line management on security policy and practices Performs incident analysis and investigation relative to all incidents with advice and closure to all responsible functional management. Teaches and enforces safety regulations at the work site. Reviews utilization and maintenance of security equipment. Takes predetermined action and renders first aid in emergencies such as accident, fire and illness. Prepares daily and periodic reports for assigned site regarding activities. Assists in development of security policy and procedures. Communicates with service users about security needs and problems.

 Responsible to look daily operations of security deployment. Meeting clients to know the security issues. Ensure the site instruction has been prepared and handed over to the security personal. Visiting sites to guide the guard force, resolving issues if any, and to ensure that they are performing well. Reporting to the Ops Manager with site Incidents & Issues on daily basis. Liaison with local Authorities when needed. Resolving the guard force site issues. Arranging Day off Relievers & Leave plan for guard force. Working as a mediator between guard force & Management.
