*Production,planning ,scheduling and managing the man power to meet the target and overall answerable for whole production activities. * Maintain process parameter of production of SF4, Distillation columns and reaction as per SOP. *Implementing in changes plant operation and trouble shooting.*Maintain plant 5S and co-ordinate of service department. * Handling Chemicals like as Sulphur ,Fluorine gas,HF ,KOH,H2SO4 ,Ammonia, HCL,Hexane etc.

*Production,planning & scheduling the man power and process * Operated continuous reactor- regenerator continuous Distillation (Batch Azeotropic, atmospheric ,steam and vacuum distillation) and continuous extraction on DCS as well as in shop floor. * Handling Chemicals like as Methanol, Toluene,DMF,Metrabuzene and clodinafop.
