I am a Regional Coordinator at UNFPA, where I facilitate the implementation of the Adolescent Education Program in Bihar, India. I work with various stakeholders at the grassroots level, such as NGOs, schools, teachers, parents, and adolescents, to promote their rights, health, and well-being. I have been in this role for over two years, and I have successfully managed multiple projects, activities, and events, reaching thousands of beneficiaries and partners.My core competencies include training and capacity building, field supervision, monitoring and evaluation, planning and execution, reporting and presentation, and research skills. I have a M.Phil. degree in Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy, and a MSW degree, both from Maulana Azad National Urdu University. I am passionate about empowering adolescents and creating inclusive and equitable policies and programs for marginalized and vulnerable groups. My goal is to contribute to the development of the education's vision and mission, and to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
