As Product Manager & Senior Designer at Fleximatter, I play a key role in revolutionizing the world of 3D printing. Working closely with the engineering team, I am responsible for implementing the algorithm of the software into 3D products, designing the printing machine, and creating a unique visibility for products that can be sold as a consumer product.In addition to my technical responsibilities, I also use my extensive design experience to build a product collection with the help of technology and challenge the software to create innovative and high-quality finished products in small to medium series. With my expertise in both product design and management, I bring a unique perspective to the development process, ensuring that our products are both functional and aesthetically appealing.As part of my role, I also represent the company at exhibitions worldwide, showcasing the capabilities of our technology and the quality of our products. As a seasoned senior designer and project leader in the R&D department, I have played a pivotal role in the development and design of innovative photography luggage solutions for professional photography brands such as Manfrotto, National Geographic, and KATA. My work involves close collaboration with the marketing department in Italy, where I am responsible for overseeing the entire process from concept presentation and development to final design.With extensive experience in managing development in the sample room, I am able to select the best materials, establish competitive pricing, and ensure timely delivery to the company's manufacturing sites. To maintain close communication and quality control, I frequently visit manufacturing sites in Italy, China, and Vietnam.In addition to my design work, I am responsible for representing the company at exhibitions and PR events worldwide.
