With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and tourism sectors, I am a sales manager who is passionate about providing communication solutions to business customers and enhancing the Aruba product. As a Sales Manager at SETAR NV, the leading telecom provider in Aruba, I oversee a portfolio of 4000+ accounts in the Medium and SOHO segment, and coach and lead a team of eight Account Managers. I hold a Critical Thinking Certification from LinkedIn, and I am always eager to learn new skills and tools to improve my performance and deliver value to my clients and organization.In my current role, I leverage my skills in new business development, marketing communications, and communication to advise and provide wireline, mobile, broadband, Wi-Fi, data network products and ICT-solutions to my customers. I also build and maintain good customer relations by managing customer requests and service issues, and collaborate with Marketing and Product Management regarding campaigns, promotions, product development and stock management. Additionally, I serve as a Board Member for the Tourism Product Enhancement Fund, where I contribute to the strategic vision and direction of the tourism industry in Aruba.
