College of Engineering, Pune (COEP), IndiaResponsibilities:• Design Development of an Academic Building hosting a 250 seater auditorium, 250 seater seminar room, eight classrooms, two laboratories and several faculty rooms.• Design Development of a Girl’s Hostel hosting 600 girls in 200 rooms, a dining hall for a capacity of 150 students with kitchen facilities and two Rector’s Rooms.• Integration and design of the buildings to all their required services including P.H.E, Electrical, Fire, I.T, Structural, Acoustics and Detailing of various Windows, Doors and furniture to working drawing format.• Participating in weekly project reviews for client discussions. • The process includes regular Site Visits at the time of construction.
