Responsibilities:* Plant Management: Oversee plant operations as if it were a self-owned facility, ensuring effective management of the available team.* Reporting: Provide comprehensive daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to management, detailing plant performance and individual/team KPIs.* Customer Engagement: Manage customer meetings and development assignments, ensuring prompt and professional responses through various communication channels.* Customer Line Management: Oversee customer production lines daily to ensure smooth operations.* Development Work: Actively participate in the firm's development projects.* Team Leadership: Efficiently lead and motivate the team, ensuring tasks are completed effectively.* Issue Resolution: Address and resolve all customer-related issues regarding production planning or quality, preferably via email.* Production Planning: Manage Production Planning As per Customer Requirement.* MIS Reporting: Generate and present Management Information System (MIS) reports based on quality and production data.* Customer Audits: Represent the company during customer audits and plant visits, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.* Plant Improvement: Implement and drive improvements in production, 5S, rework planning, part flash reduction, and manpower optimization.* Quality and Firewall Team Management: Supervise the Quality Department and Firewall Team, ensuring high-quality work and accurate documentation.* Audit Compliance: Ensure successful completion of customer audits and adherence to all audit requirements.* Resource Planning: Strategically plan raw materials and machine utilization to optimize plant operations.* Financial Tracking: Conduct regular stock assessments and provide profit and loss details to management.* Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Contribute to the plant's journey toward achieving TPM goals.* Business Development: Engage in efforts to secure additional work for the plant.

Should be prompt in reply to the customers through all mediums.* Need to manage Customer line on daily basis* Actively involved in the development work for the firm* Should be able to work and also able to get work done from the team.* Handle all Customers related issues either with regards to Production planning or Quality.* Customers to be handled very politely & all issues to be resolved either through Phone call or email. Preferably through email.* Handle Production planning of the Moulding Machines depending on theCustomer Plan and with minimum inventory and with out any line stoppage ofCustomer* Provide MIS Report to the Management based on Quality & Production data.* Face Customers for Audit As well for any visit to the plant.* Working in improvement in Plant either for Production or 5 s or for planning of rework of parts or reducing flash in parts or reduce usage of manpower requirements.* Handle Firewall Team and should get proper quality work done from them.* Handle the Quality Department and Firewall Team and be responsible for the same.* Fill all the documents of the Quality Department either by oneself or ThroughTeam* Face Customers Audit and ensure that we get through all Audits.* Plan for RM and Machines in the best possible manner.* Take stock time to time and provide profit and loss details to the management.* Involving in all the working of the plant in achieving TPM in due course of time.* Should also work for the getting work for the plant.
