Building a complete understanding of GMP compliance, safety requirements, Auditing and Scheduling. Create, write and revise GMP documents and templates. Effectively use Lonza quality procedures e.g. change control, the deviation system and validation procedures Ensuring safe practises at work through Near Miss Reporting, Incident Investigation and Safety Audits. Ensure, with the Project Managers, the customer’s needs are met for batches and supported. Conducting customer tours as well as answering queries during audits. Identify any Continuous Improvements to the process /equipment and completion of any projects assigned to the production facility. Being responsible for all the scheduling of a particular system and allocation of resources in order to complete processes. Conducting appraisals, setting of personal objectives, recruitment (Interviews and assessment skills) and training plans of individual staff members, including people management. Part of the Leadership team responsible for scheduling, scientific and tactical decisions. Carry out operational qualification (OQ) and performance qualification (PQ) validation activities where required
