1. Determining functional requirements of client & developing space accordingly by creating aesthetically pleasing environment that reflects clientlife style & taste.2. Managing client expectations and presenting the projects.3. Preparation of technical and 3D drawings; computer visualisation and CAD layout drawings; and preparation boards.4. Running projects and managing junior interior designers.5. Meeting with consultant teams to assist with design coordination.6. Cost management and budget planning.7. Preparation of presentation boards.8. Selection of finishes and materials and FF&E.9. Site corordination & construction mangement.

1. Performs general architectural works including architectural design, site visits and inspections and prepares related reports.2. Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers. Makes new proposals and/or modify existing drawings when necessary. Ensures compliance with applicable codes and standards as well as client requirements.3. Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials when needed. Interfaces with suppliers as required.4. Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site. Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.5. Provides technical guidance to Architectural staff working on the same project.6. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

1. Independently create full design concepts for projects based on Principal’s design vision2. General research and all sourcing3. Prepare for client presentations by creating mood boards, floorplans, drawings and elevations.4. Follow up with vendors on lead times and quotes 5. Organize and manage samples library6. Research new products and materials7. Type up and organize meeting notes, project status, deliverables, etc. in Basecamp8. Maintain organized client binders9. Read architectural plans and produce scaled sketches, drawings and room layouts.
