I have around 15 years of experience in IT industry, and have worked in different-different domains and technologies. I started my career as Service-desk engineer after which I moved to Windows domain where I got a chance to do 1.5 level work with some additional responsibilities, then later on, I got a new opportunity, in which I got the position of Governance and then further I got a chance to work as End User Computing (EUC) Analyst L3 and I am currently working in this position.I am currently working as End User Computing (EUC) Analyst at Capgemini. In my role, I am responsible for the following tasks:•Management of end-user devices via Symantec management console (Altiris) •Responsible for installing new software releases and system upgrades, evaluating and installing patches, and resolving software-related problems•Creation and Managing Patch, Testing and Patch Deployment to all workstations •Preparation of patch compliance reports & troubleshoot failures •Manage user access and permissions levels for all client applications •Solve technical issues related to OS and standard software component •Create new and update existing documentation detailing procedures and processes •Experience in using WinMagic SecureDoc as an encryption security solution •Deploy an image with SmartDeploy •Collect the boot image, inject the drivers to the boot image and deploy the boot image to DPs •Create Task sequence and define steps to build OS, Map the boot image, OS image and script packages •Test the OS build and validate the post-build tasks •Capable of analyzing requirements and developing packages •Application and Software Package creation and deployment using Symantec Management Console (Altiris) Creating packages, and programs and deploying them to the Client's machines •Resolve tickets escalated to the Tier 3 level
