Dhruva is a strategy consultant passionate about technology and customer insights. Over the last eight years at Bain & Company, Dhruva worked across the Bay Area, India and South East Asia assisting public and private companies in technology, healthcare, private equity, and consumer goods. Dhruva led teams to support these organizations on customer & growth strategy, commercial due diligence, and organization design. Outside work, Dhruva enjoys adventure sports, soccer, running and traveling. He also loves listening to classic rock and playing board games.His academic background is in chemical engineering, with master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, where he headed the student mentorship body, leading 138 member-team to mentor a class of 882 freshmen. He also holds an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
