As Senior Vice President of Operations & Business Development with direct report to the CEO, my role is to lead a team of over 350 employees in multiple countries in Asia Pacific. I work directly with the CEO to formulate and set long term strategy. My responsibilities include: global budget, company policy, business development, legal affairs, and operations. My direct reports include corporate, administration / finance, operations, and internal & external legal teams. I oversee various business units including pharmacy-law and PIC/S cGMP nuclear radiopharmacy operations, manufacturing (cGMP pharmaceutical & medtech), device & equipment sales, product & site engineering, and global product distribution. I've been directly responsible for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures as well as organic growth. My BD role also oversees in-bound and outbound acquisition, licensing, and distribution of pharmaceutical and radioactive products. Broad experience in mature, highly competitive markets in a highly regulated nuclear pharmaceutical industry.

• Started as financial analysis and budgeting lead, worked on acquisition of MovieQ assets from Hollywood Video. • Took over vendor & inventory management and growth strategy. • Eventually put in lead of MovieQ's Operations, Strategy, Financial Analysis, Business Relations, Product R&D. Given 6 months to save business. Kept it alive for another 24 months until my departure. • Built two small teams on a small budget to pivot away from physical DVD delivery. Successfully built online catalog and in parallel reverse-engineered compact RFID robot to pivot from Stand-alone stores to an in-store sublease model to compete with Redbox.

• Started as Accountant, grew role into Sr. Accountant and then head of business relations and financial analysis. • Oversaw Point.360's Business Intelligence, M&A analysis & integration, Budgets, Audits, Cost Control, and Vendor Relations Management. • Multiple Software implementation projects: Internal Work Order Management System, Saleforce, Oracle ERP, Social Media platforms. • BizDev & M&A Projects: Multi-Media company divestiture to DGFC, EdenFX M&A integration, VideoBox Studios M&A Integration, VisualSound M&A Integration, MovieQ M&A Integration and management.

OFL was used as a main vehicle to start-up, accelerate, and build projects for the partners and for 3rd parties using our management and business development teams in the US and a dev team in India. Projects included Peeples (geolocation social media), HookApp (dating app), Logic (logistics tracking platform), Got Next (social sports app), Yardly (geolocational reseller app and others.

YSP was an internet start-up which aimed to be the go-to review website for social scenes (bars, clubs, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment events). I joined early as a co-founder and COO. I lead the business plan team in constructing pro-forma financial books, go-to-market strategy, and positioning the company for pitching to seed investors.
