• Brand Development- Worked with Assistant Coordinator, Communications and Senior Managers to create and deliver branding strategies that help deliver BRAC’s vision, mission and values.- Communicate a distinctive, clear, consistent, and engaging message that reinforces the organizational brand identity and value proposition.- Provide on the job training and support to new team members regarding BRAC’s brand standard. - Ongoing review of the overall brand to ensure the brand and total portfolio are optimally managed.- Works with the creative team and assist to direct brand development of BRAC.- Manage day-to-day operational aspects and scope of different ongoing projects. • Brand Governance- Sign off for each new communication materials developed by different BRAC’s program.- Responsible for enforcing brand guidelines and consistency with brand strategy and execution. • Cross Functional Team Management- Working effectively with colleagues from other departments and programs of BRAC as appropriate, to advice on and deliver effective communications and publicity projects.- Organize and work with internal cross functional teams including HRD, Operations, Finance and Accounts, IT and Procurement etc.
