For short introduction, I am a Master of Education in Guidance and Counselling from Universiti Putra Malaysia with 4 years of expertise as Registered Counsellor in multiple institutes and consultation company.The years spent in the institutes and consultation company as a Registered Counsellor and previously as student, have prepared me for the challenges in counselling profession and the working environment which give me advantages to my future career. I have gained a variety of skills related to the mental health setting throughout my four years as a registered counselor. For instance, I provide training courses to employees and conduct counselling sessions with clients in a professional setting. Crisis Intervention Training, First Call Training, Meaningful Conversation Training, etc. are just a few of the courses I've been conducting. In addition, I work as a project manager in the areas of crisis management, quality assurance, marriage and relationship therapy, career counselling, and meaningful conversation.
