Sanitation Technician• Perform daily, time crucial and accurate sanitation procedures on equipment used in the manufacturing of beverage products.• Weekly maintenance to adhere to all safety requirements involved in food/beverage production• Document tasks and activities accurately, verifying all paperwork is satisfactory.Machine Operator• Gain knowledge of all machinery used in the entire process of manufacturing a product.• Work fast, safely and efficiently to produce daily goal of products often times exceeding goal expectations.• Appropriately read and interpret daily production schedules, ensuring proper packaging, labels, lot numbers and codes are being used.Foreman• Oversee machine operators and overall production of a particular line or lines to ensure daily production goals are met• Formulate and develop relationships with machine operators, understand the group dynamics and characteristics of employees to assign groups that are most efficient.• Arrive early to inspect line, materials, schedules and other pertinence items are in place and running properly before the crew arrives to start their shift.• Stay late to acquire, inspect, correct and deliver paperwork to appropriate supervisors.• Maintain a clean work space especially at the end of a shift to ensure a smooth transition for the next shift.

• Provide excellent customer service as a liaison between members and providers, evaluating and analyzing consumer problems, lifestyles and circumstances in order to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, personal accommodations and individual resolutions.• Maintain an organized and efficient record of providers and establishing a positive relationship with them as well as researching and attaining new contacts in order to ensure coverage and availability for all "hard to service" areas.• Timely Follow-ups with members, providers and managers in order to meet established deadlines and quotas.• Honoring times given to members for returned calls to prove member's concerns are being handled appropriately, often times providing daily updates to members.• Completing and faxing authorizations for members services timely, abiding by Department of Health guidelines and dis- enrolling members appropriately when members services are no longer medically necessary resulting in effectively saving company money and state capitations.
