I was responsible for the Sydney desktop solution operations for this financial market data and information vendor. I worked closely with the General Manager, Global Support VP and senior management team to achieve target deliverables.With jurisdiction predominantly residing in the Asia Pacific region and global accountability, major account management, technical consultations, exchange relations, training and development formed some of my day to day responsibilities.I improved efficiencies within the business through training, quality assurance and development initiatives.

Amongst other duties, I was responsible for the management of global major accounts across the business while working in this role. I consulted on various technical matters including the delivery of non standard datafeed solutions. I was also involved in third party partnership deals across the SMB financial marketplace.

I was responsible for the management of global SMB accounts while working within this role. I consulted on various technical projects related to customer system security and infrastructure configuration.

Amongst other duties, I provided technical support for software applications operating through various system security and system operating environments. I also provided technical and product development advice for the engineering of systems to correctly display global financial market data. I analysed and identified new development opportunities within the Asia Pacific region. I was heavily involved with the delivery and quality assurance of market data systems.

I conducted market research while working in this role and identified new opportunities for business growth. I also provided technical consultations for various end user system configurations and security infrastructure.
