As a part of my daily responsibility, to foster and maintain strong relationship with channel partners and provide support to acquired new business through cross selling and up selling the Bancassurance products to NTB and existing customers.The role also involved to provide up to date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products or services.Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and training sessions to assigned channel partners to acquire business.processing the new business acquired, following up on pending requirements&getting the case successfully booked.On the service side, fecilitated policy servicing requests by coordinating with our service teams.Regularly followed up with my clients to ensure renewal premiums were paid and business does not get into Claw-back.
