Develop and implement a regional sales channel business plan derived from the overall Commercial Regional Strategy, to generate revenue as well as to increase performance, thus increasing visibility and regional awareness of the Cell C brand, products and services as well as to ensure that all the sales channels are fully and optimally operational, yielding a high return on investment.Explore new business opportunities, either with Dealers or opening up a new store in a suitable area.Ability to conduct a business case study on site location / distribution points, taking into consideration historical details and future growth developments in area, LSM reports, ROI, and base station reports.Recommend target levels based on the business case and submit completed initial business case to the Regional Executives and Commercial Department.Achieve sales revenue and acquisitions targets on a monthly basis in line with defined budgets and stores or channels as well as achieve existing and new channel specific KPIs and performance targets.Facilitate the distribution to all internal stakeholders of the final signed agreements and safekeeping of the original agreementProvide a specialized, dedicated and business management support service to the stores.In partnership with store manager, establish and execute an operational plan.Provide support with regards to implementing Cell C branding within the store.Take ownership of timeous resolution of operational glitches, like stores opening on time, snag lists resolved timeously, check lists/operational guidelines are implemented and executed on time, and correctly every time, all the time Continual operational issues are resolved timeously.
