Responsibilities• Responsible for the day to day operations of the company’s email System (Lotus Notes)• Operations and maintaining of all computer hardware.• Maintaining of the Corporate Intranet, PC LAN Network, and Associated Servers (Proxy, Web, SQL).• Physical file security and Integrity.• Assisting users in the operation of Network.• Controls of users access rights to the Database & Network.• Identification and resolution of system problems and developing and implementing change control procedures.• Backup and Disaster Recovery Procedures and maintaining backup library. (Responsible for the actual conversion of data immediately prior to the commencement of system recovery)• Monitoring company’s Internet and Emails.• Changes to company’s IT infrastructure.
