• Coordinate with freight forwarders and move stocks from overseas and local suppliers to warehouses in 2 regions by finding the best and most cost-effective modes of transport• Deliver new stocks and replenishment stocks to 20 retail stores across 3 regions as per sales, stock availability, store capacity etc. by coordinating with planning team• Monitor the warehouse operations of 3PL partner and ensure timely put-away, receiving, picking and packing of inbound & outbound shipments to meet the daily throughput of 20,000 units• Record the inventory transactions accurately in system to ensure real-time visibility into stock levels of approximately 70,000 SKUs• Review invoices from 3PL and freight forwarding partners, ensure its compliance with contract and quotations and post them in Dynamics 365 system for finance to process payment• Review and validate inbound and outbound shipment documents and ensure its compliance with legal, customs, and JAFZA regulations• Coordinate with suppliers on overage, shortage and damages and initiate claims and returns when necessary• Manage the company's vehicle fleet of over 10 vehicles by overseeing procurement & disposal, safety & compliance, maintenance & repairs, budgeting & cost monitoring and emergency response• Find and onboard suppliers for logistics related supplies and initiate purchases by negotiating the best prices• Coordinate with operation and loss prevention departments to conduct annual stock counts across 2 warehouses and 20 retail stores, investigate and resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy of inventory records.

•Maintain optimum inventory of spare parts to meet the demands of internal service department, retail and wholesale sales by placing stock orders to suppliers from 5 regions (Japan, North America, Europe, Thailand and India).• Collaborate with suppliers to track the orders and expedite their dispatch. Follow up backorders and ensure they are shipped promptly.• Coordinate with internal garages about the stocks not available in inventory but required for vehicles in garage and arrange ADHOC stocks from other authorized dealers in G.C.C.• Coordinate with the clearance and forwarding department for the clearance of all inbound shipments and ensure they are delivered to warehouse on time.• Upload all orders through the Dragon system of Nissan Motors and integrate the orders with the internal Kerridge system to have real time visibility into the status of orders.• Monitor stocks levels of 6 branches, replenish them with required stocks from the Central Parts Department (CPD) and process inter branch transfers to optimize stock levels in each branch.• Create part numbers (SKU) in the Kerridge system by updating all relevant details from the parts catalogue of Nissan Motors.• Evaluate and analyze the KPIs of supplier's and CPD and suggest corrective actions to improve them.
