My responsibilities include but not limited to:- Managing the end to end process of tenders & contracts adhering to company and client procedures- Developing tendering schedules and documents in line with client requirements. - Responsible to validate commercial aspects and review T&C's , pricing schedules and payment milestones.- Review and understand estimates and proposals, addressing discrepancies- identify risks related to scope, implementations and site conditions- attend pre bid meetings to raise and close any open clarifications.- ensure tender submissions align to client evaluation criteria- Negotiate with suppliers in pricing and delivery to increase the overall value of the product.- prepare Pre award and post award submissions for management meeting- Resolve conflicts with suppliers/contractors, escalating as needed.- Evaluate contract and PO documentations during order awards.- Review contractor claims and prepare analysis reports- Identify and pursue opportunities for life-cycle services and maintenance.- Support OEM with repair works on equipment.- Arrange internal meetings for organizational productivity.- Conduct seminars/presentations on the market and business scope in the region.- Maintain regular communication and meet with clients & suppliers- Conduct presentations of the products and services offered by the company

 Supervises the maintenance of Over Head and Gantry Cranes in Umm Al Naar Power Station under ITM O&M Company Ltd. Manage a team of more than 10 people in Umm Al Naar P/s for the maintenance of Over head and Gantry cranes Have an overall idea of the working of Desalination Plant, Demin and Remin Plant and over all working of Power Station from Umm Al Naar P/s. Achieved the exposure on working of Sea Water Intake systems in the Power Plants. Ensure all cranes are working properly at the site and attend any breakdowns swiftly. Implement strict safety rules and regulations at site. To Ensure PPE is being used when working at machineries areas.  Supervises maintenance of various high rise building elevators & ensure good working condition Supervise the maintenance of A/C chillers, Package Units, Centralized A/C, Split Unit A/C Supervise the overhauling on Chiller compressors. Participating in all tender preparation for tenders from ADWEA, ADDC, TRANSCO, etc. Responsible in preparing Enquiries, Quotations and Contract Agreements Regular site visits for related works and reporting daily activities and progress Ensure all assigned projects are well executed according to client’s requirement & satisfaction Attending regular meetings with various clients and updating progress of work & requirement Manage & control all office administration & other activities in the absence of the Manager
