• To make the time schedule for the project.• Management of entire team, checking various levels to work implementation, proper documentation of all works, taking in charge of projects, timely execution of projects • To coordinate with Clients(Foreigner) & Government Department.• To make daily and weekly report for the project.• To participate weekly meeting with management to discuss about project progress.• To make monthly progress report and monthly target.• To ensure safety for the project using barrier tap & alert sign board.• To ensure safety for the workers providing PPE(Safety shoe,Safety helmet,cooti dress,Hand Glove,Safety glass)• To ensure first aid and fire exinguisher.Road & drainage Construction Experience• To give the layout from jetty to existing road• To check 4% slope(up) both in road & drainage for smooth operation• To check the sub grade, sub-base & base course thickness & ensure proper compaction. Watering and roll compaction done all together • To check the base course thickness & ensure proper compaction.• To check the different stage of wearing course construction. Prime coat, bituminous compacted carpeting, tack coat & bituminous seal coat.• To ensure proper discharge of drain water without hampering our existing structureLogistics Experiences• Checking barge load balance in respect to body & load capacity• Checking every safety arrangement on barge i.e shallow machine,fire-exinguisher etc.• Checking the lashing arrangement of the equipment on barge• Checking the proper placement of crane on barge & warehouse/project area for unloading operation • Finding the best way to take the equipment from temporary jetty to the warehouse/project area

• To supervise the High Rise Building construction works according to drawing and design .• To Estimate the materials and to prepare the bill of sub-contractors with site measurements.• To coordinate with Clients.• To make monthly progress report and monthly target.• To make a comparable data on monthly target vs. achievement.• Fix up and monitoring the daily and weekly working program according to project dead line.• To ensure the QC and Safety for the projects.• Motivate the workers to get better effort from them.• Keep close monitoring to complete the daily work target.• Reporting to Construction Manager.

• To make quotation for new works – calculate the total amount of concrete, steel blocks, sands, aggregates, paints, tiles, marbles, interlocks, doors, windows etc. • Supervision of different steps of works – Demarcation, Excavation, Road base, Lay-out, PCC, Footing (Single, Combined, Raft & etc.), Short column, Tie beam, Column, Slab, Lift core, Parapet, Stairs, False Ceiling, Blocks (Hollow, Solid), Plaster, Paints, Tiles, Interlock, Marbles, Door & Window Fitting, Septic Tank etc.- as per drawing.• Preparation of Project Status Report on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis.• Supervision of installation of piping works in Manholes, fire rooms & etc. • To make the work programme (project planning, master programme) of different projects starting from mobilization to handover.• To make project wise estimate of materials and to check the supply of materials according to the progress of works and also to checkup the progress of works according to master program
