Jobs Responsibilities • Responsible for providing IT assistance to including application support, Hardware and Software installation and troubleshooting.• Monitoring and ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.• Maintenance and performance tuning of Servers like Tele Server, Domain Controller• Microsoft Outlook Configuration and management (Troubleshooting, Email backup).• Database backup on daily bases like Account, FM and HR Department.• Ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient IT solution• Providing Technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge.• Implementation of policies for the user’s computers and network.• Installation , configuration and administration of different operating system (Windows XP, windows Vista, Windows 7, windows server 2008)• Quickly arrange and replace hardware of hard ware failure • HP Thin Clients Hardware and software installation.• Third party software integration with HP Thin Clients.• Software Application installation on Thin Clients.• Working closely with other department.

• Installation, Configuration and management of Routers and Switches.• Installation, Configuration and management of Network and work groups. • Applying securities, managing user giving them permission and managing different role of users.• Installation and troubleshooting of local, Network printers and scanner.• Microsoft Outlook Configuration management (Trouble shooting and backup).• Installation, Configuration and management of (windows server 2003, Windows Server 2008, windows XP professional, Windows Vista, Windows 7).• Training the users to use the computer and other computer related tasks.
