- Spearheading responsibilities for managing the gamut of operations pertaining to Balance Sheet Review, Analysis and reporting- Review and analysis of Business Project Trial Balance covering the Project Cost and Profitability Analysis- Review and analyse Trial Balances, Balance Sheets and Profit Centre, Cost Centre reports from SAP and prepare schedules as per the reporting requirements.- Variance Analysis in the performances on comparative data for quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial reports of each Voltas Project- Cash Flow Forecasting for multiple business projects and Non Trading Offices (NTO).- Debtors Management covering billing, outstanding, ageing, adjustments of deductions and variations and reconciliation of balances- Creditors Management from review of creditors invoices to payments made and periodic review and reconciliation of balances- General Ledger Review and reconciliation- Fixed Asset Accounting covering the entire process from PPR to capitalization, depreciation of asset class, periodic verification of assets, write off and sale of assets with proper controlled process- Monthly MIS Statements for International Operations Business Group – Dubai- Design and generate various reports as per the Auditors and statutory requirements- Manage and lead quarterly and statutory audits, provide all related information to the auditors and preparing the required schedules- Steering efforts of the Centralized Finance Team in Mumbai, India for analysing tax implications on the business of the UAE region of Voltas Limited and the reporting requirements- Reviewing the Travel & Expenses as per the Company policies internal travel of Voltas Staff- Liaising with all functions within organization to ensure accuracy of pricing assumptions and profitability analysis

-Review and analysis of Business Project Trial Balance covering the Project Cost and Profitability Analysis-Variance Analysis in the performances on comparative data for quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial reports of each Voltas Project-Cash Flow Forecasting for multiple business projects within India and overseas locations-Debtors & Creditors Management -General Ledger Review and reconciliation-Fixed Asset Accounting for India and overseas locations-Monthly MIS Statements for International Operations Business Group for domestic and overseas locations-Ensure integrity and availability of MIS for Top Management Strategic decision-making.-Conversion & Consolidation of financial statements from international currency into Indian Rupees-Processing journals for consolidations-Manage and lead quarterly and statutory audits, provide all related information to the auditors and preparing the required schedules-Maintaining schedules and control statements of Indirect Taxation of the Business Divisions and take corrective action in co-ordination with the project sites wherever required.-Maintaining schedules and statements required for smooth closure of Limited Review and Year end audits, within the stipulated time frames.-Manage and lead Transfer Pricing audits-Reviewing the Travel & Expenses as per the Company policies internal travel of Voltas Staff-Functioning as the Single Point of Contact in India for all queries pertaining to transfer pricing-Overseas Branch Accounts: Maintaining Voltas’ overseas accounts in Tally 7.2 covering Hong Kong, Singapore, Qatar, Bahrain with more than 40 active projects.

-Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of deposits received, loans disbursed, Loan applications pending and received, Interest on various deposits placed and Income from Investments.-Responsible for monthly and Annual Closing/ co-ordinating with the Statutoryauditors and generating various reports required by the management on weekly and monthly basis. -Finalising monthly and yearly accounting entries.-Credit review of Loan applications.-Generating deposits from existing savings and loan customers.-Mediating between the management and the staff.-Managing preparation and implementation of procedures and process flows for the operations department.-Supervising adherence to the quality control checklists, preparation of Operating Manuals and MIS reports.-Processing the Life Insurance Policies in accordance with the rules and regulations.-Conducting training for the sales personnel on the salient points of the forms for ensuring minimal rejection of the submitted forms.-Review of NPA’s (Non Performing Assets) and ensuring recovery from the loan defaulters.
