➔ Technology used in this Project are Drupal, WordPress, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery.➔ For Database purpose, MySQL is used. To create static website, HTML is used. For styling or designing the website, CSS is used. For responsive website, Bootstrap is used. JavaScript & jQuery are used for client-side scripting language. Drupal & WordPress are a content management system (CMS).➔ Responsible for troubleshooting the software applications a company uses and ensuring that help desk tickets are resolved in a timely fashion. ➔ Duties include optimizing software application performances, installing updates andperforming debugging procedures.➔ In PRR Technology, I was working on their project which was for Intrepid travel and Match college.➔ We just have to keep a watch if any error occurs, we would resolve it and if any new requirement was needed, we just have to keep the record of it and properly install to our client-side.➔ Coordinate with application developers and external vendors for technical support and high severity issue resolution. ➔ Assist all customers/users and provide them a solution.➔ Experience in operational 24/7 support, best practice troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance.
