• Conduct cost-benefit analysis on feasibility reports to provide investment recommendations.• Examine company’s cash flows to identify major spending areas and propose cost control measures.• Review proposed capital & operational expenditures to evaluate investment justifications and present findings.• Identify cost saving opportunities within company’s core & supporting operations.

• Record and document monthly income & expense through MS Excel and Zoho Books.• Manage payment schedule for company vendors.• Calculate income taxes for company employees.• Record adjustment entries for any inaccuracies in the company's financial records.• Analyze expenses and identify cost savings opportunities.

• File and organize company records.• Conduct bank reconciliations for company accounts spanning from 2020 to 2022.• Record and document company expenses through Zoho Books & MS Excel.• Assist with fixed asset recording by identifying and cataloguing all fixed assets within the company.• Calculate depreciation of fixed assets as per straight-line method.
