Primary Responsibilities as Sr. Team Leader.Manage the Tier 1 operation of education team who manages the education background verification part of the business.Meet team SLA, productivity and quality targets. Responsible for handling day-to-day operations.Responsible for Team schedule and policy adherence.Managing real time escalations from clients and handle the situation in utmost priority.Regular team huddles with the team to avoid communication gap, provide updates & process changes.Travel to several universities within the country to increase better relationship and flawless communication.Responsible for overall operations of education team within the organization
