   Preparation of payment vouchers after adjusting purchase returns and various Debit/Credit notes and verification of GRNs after considering supplier invoices. Co-ordination with Purchase Dept. for the preparation of Debit Notes related to the marketing / promotional activities. Responsible for the reconciliation of Purchase Ledger and action plan to clear the outstanding debits. Sending reports to suppliers related to monthly sales. Managing Accounts receivables & Payables. Preparation and maintenance of fixed asset module, depreciation calculation andreconciliation with General ledger, preparing monthly fixed asset analysis report. Maintaining Petty Cash. Monthly ledger scrutiny, ensuring the accuracy of all the financial entries with regard to MIS reporting and providing various periodical and adhoc reports to the Accounts manager and Chief Accountant, like debtors ageing, receivables report etc. Preparation of various schedules, provisions and co-ordinate with chief accountant for audit works and liaising with auditors. Responsible for the preparation and allocation of the Dewa, Etisalat, Eppco Bills etc. Verifying showroom physical cash on monthly basis and preparation of report on it. Monitoring and generating various monthly & weekly reports pertaining to normal transactions. Day to day accounting works including journal preparation, Bank receipts, Fund transfers & Follow up. Responsible for various gift voucher accounting and follow up for the payments for the same and verifying teller sheets of various showrooms and ensuring the accuracy of their records. Responsible for the maintenance of Intercompany accounts and reconciliation of the same.  Responsible for the maintenance and Reconciliation of Cash accounts, Foreign currency accounts and Bank accounts.
