Executing Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Valuation projects across various sectors in Oman, KSA, Qatar and UAE including but not limited to the following- • Valuation of an Event Management company for a potential acquisition by a SWF • Valuation of all assets under the infrastructure arm of Oman Investment Authority (including companies operating in oil & gas, ports, telecom towers, broadband services, and commercial real estate sector) • Valuation of a large Qatari conglomerate for internal restructuring • Economic advisor to the Qatar Ministry of Commerce and Industry on service fees for the commercial, industrial, business development, and consumer protection sectors

Investment Banking- • Assisted in preparation of prospectus, investor presentations, and additional supporting material for key projects as follows: o QAR c. 850m IPO of MEEZA (Qatar-based IT-services and solutions provider) o Merger of Amwaj Catering Services with Shaqab Abela Catering Services & Atyab Fruits and Vegetables (catering service provider primarily serving the oil & gas sector) • Primary roles involve preparing corporate profiles and financial models to support senior management • This includes but is not limited to, performing industry research as well as analysis of competitive environment, operating market, and financialsReal Estate Advisory- • Primary role involves monitoring, preparing memos and quarterly investor reports, and liaison with sponsors to ensure prompt receipt of reports (NAV statement, distribution schedule, budget, variance report etc.) • Further involved with deal team assisting in evaluating, structuring, and executing real estate acquisitions • Performed extensive research, detailed analysis, and due diligence of real estate debt funds and commercial real estate properties
